Jeffrey J. Saline

Jeffrey J. Saline founded Saline Financial Solutions in early 2005, joining NEXT Financial Group, Inc., a network of leading financial professionals committed to assisting individuals achieve their financial goals. As Saline Financial Solutions' president and a registered representative holding Series 7, 24, 51, 63 and 65 licenses, Jeff takes a hands-on approach with client education, retirement planning, quarterly client portfolio reviews and financial counseling.
Jeff is a board member with NEXT Financial Holdings, Inc. This appointment is in recognition of his instrumental contribution to shaping and expanding the collective companies. In addition to helping NEXT become a seven-time Broker/Dealer of the Year, he has been consistently recognized amongst the top five financial advisors within his broker dealer NEXT Financial Group based upon production over the past five years. Jeff is an active member on the board of other companies, including 4ward Marketing. Jeff also serves on several NEXT committees including the Acquisitions, Budget - We2, Budget - Marketing, Information Technology, Compensation CEO, and Stock Repurchase committees.
Jeff graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a member of the Financial Planners Association and manages a division that is consistently ranked within the Top 10 divisions of NEXT. Jeff is also a member of the Society for Certified Senior Advisors (CSA) and in 2008, he received his certification as a Certified Director from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
A longtime resident of South Jersey, Jeff currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife of 25 years and two sons. He is an active member of the community, including his participation on the Jewish Community Foundation, Inc. (JCF) Acceptance and Investment Committee. Outside of work, Jeff is a fitness enthusiast and avid sports fan. He enjoys playing golf, boating and skiing in his spare time.
Lynda Radano

Lynda Radano has been a part of the Saline Financial Solutions team since January 2008 and has more than 25 years experience in the financial industry. In her role as Office Manager, she plays an integral part in the firm's day-to-day operations. Lynda oversees staffing, accounts receivables and payables, payroll and scheduling.
A native of Kingston, New York, Lynda began her career with a stateside tour in the United State Air Force where she was an Accounting & Financial Management Specialist for four (4) years. After receiving Honorable Discharge, she spent three (3) years as a legal secretary for the Dade County Public Defender's Office in Miami, Florida, then moved back New York and worked for the Ulster County District Attorneys Office. From 1991 to 1998, Lynda worked in the business office of several New Jersey Board of Education departments, including Barrington, Stratford and Evesham Township.
Lynda moved to New Jersey in 1991 and currently resides in Berlin, New Jersey with her three children. Since 2000, she has been actively involved with the American Cancer Society Relay For Life.
Veronica Bacchus

In 2006, Veronica Bacchus came on board at Saline Financial Solutions as a Sales Assistant. Her responsibilities include workshop scheduling, coordination and participation. She also assists in the preparation of client meeting proposals, including research and analysis for file preparation, as well as ensuring that client portfolios are up to date with the most current information.
After considering a career in the field of Dentistry, Veronica found that she preferred a different direction. In May 2009, Veronica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She is now looking to pursue a Master of Business Administration shortly.
A self-proclaimed "military brat" and daughter of a now retired 22-year military man, Veronica has frequently moved from city to town across the country. This has provided her with a great understanding of people and strengthens her skills in servicing clients. Veronica currently resides in Burlington, New Jersey.
Eli Saline

Eli Saline joined Saline Financial Solutions as a Sales Assistant in June 2009. As a member of the team, he is responsible for client meeting proposals, file preparation and on-going follow up. Eli has his Series 7 license as a general securities representative and is qualified to sell stocks, bonds and other registered securities. He actively assists with research and analysis as well as coordinates and takes part in the firm's workshops.
In April 2011, Eli received his Series 24 license as a general securities principal and is now able to supervise and manage branch activities. This can include the firm's investment banking or securities business for corporate securities, direct participation programs and investment company products/variable contracts. At the same time, Eli earned resident New Jersey licenses for Life, Health and Variable insurance.
Prior to joining Saline Financial Solutions, Eli worked in the marketing and human resources fields. He is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, international economics concentration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies. While in school, Eli was a member of several student groups, including Kappa Sigma Fraternity, for which he won the Emory University and Kappa Sigma national treasurer of the year honors in 2008.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Eli attended the Julia R. Masterman Demonstration and Laboratory School, a special admissions school located in Center City Philadelphia. Initially established in 1958, Masterman is now a middle and senior high school serving culturally diverse, academically talented students in grades 5-12 from all parts of the city.
Eli currently resides in Old City Philadelphia and enjoys golf, soccer and reading in his spare time.
Mitch Augarten, CPA/MBA

As one of the newest members of Saline Financial Solutions, Mitch Augarten is responsible for client meeting proposals and file preparation. As sales assistant, he conducts research and analysis as well as coordinates and partakes in the firm's workshops.
For more than 30 years, Mitch has held several roles in corporate financial management, system analysis and process improvement. He has also worked as a personal spending consultant, including the content development for an adult education course entitled "Where Does My Money Go?" which helps individuals review their spending habits. Mitch is a graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York with both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Born in the Bronx, NY and living on Long Island through college, Mitch has been a resident of South Jersey since 1977. His interests outside of work are varied and include creating and performing in his own comedy improvisation group. Most recently, Mitch accepted a position with the New Jersey Center for Family Services as a role player in the Center's Child Assault Prevention (CAP) program.

In July 2010, Lisa Harris re-joined the team at Saline Financial Solutions as a Sales Assistant and is an integral part of the firm's client service. She assists with meeting proposals and file preparation as well as help with research and analysis as needed. Lisa previously worked at Saline Financial Solutions from March 2006 to June 2009 and brings more than 30 years of financial industry experience to the firm.
Lisa resides in Willingboro with her husband and they have one son, a recent MBA graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management - DeVry University. When not servicing clients at work, she enjoys fine dining, old time movie classics and going to the theatre.
